CBIT

Empower yourself

CBIT is the most effective non-medication treatment that teaches people to change their behavior over time and tic less. Research on CBIT has been done with children and adults with Tourette syndrome. The average length of treatment is anywhere from 5 to 10 sessions. CBIT is targeted for ages 5+

PCIT

Short-Term Therapy Long Lasting Change

Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and PC-CARE are for families with children ages 1-10 with behavior problems. We help children who display difficulties with: ADD/ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Divorce Adjustment.

SPACE

SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems.

PEERS®

Building Positive Interactions for Teens

PEERS® for Adolescents is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated teens in middle and high school (13-18) interested in the goal of “Making and Keeping Friends and/or Managing Conflict and Rejection.”
